Each quart mason jar is hand-layered at The Hudstead with whole grain rolled oats, rich brown sugar, semisweet chocolate chips, and chopped pecans, all sitting on a perfectly spiced cinnamon base. Everything is pre-measured and ready to go. You bring the butter, one fresh egg, and a splash of vanilla — we’ll handle the rest.
Mix, roll, bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes, and you’ve got two dozen thick, chewy cowboy-style cookies with crisp edges and a soft center. They disappear fast.
Makes approximately 24 cookies. Best within 6 months sealed. Store in a cool, dry place.
